Long and Lean

While lying in the bed on either your back or side, stretch out Long and Lean. Feel the spine flex to it's fullest, and the hip joints pull down toward the feet. Knees are not bent to bring your thighs up, but instead just slightly bent, legs extended, feet pushing toward the end of the bed, originating from the hip joints. Shoulders are down and relaxed. Back and neck are relaxed. Head can be slightly tilted down, but be aware of the nerve bundle at the back of the neck, making sure it feels open and not pinched off. Instead of the body drawing in on it's self and reverting to a fetal position, BE, confident, open and sure of your position to stretch out your body to it's fullest. CP

Cycles

What ever, however your cycles may flow they each have there purpose. Examine each day and be aware of your creativity in each. Take advantage of Gods gift of creativity for that moment and explore it to it's fullest. Everyday is new. Be renewed today.

Not physical

Took the day off from exercise. Did get a chance to do some research on two different programs I hope to add to my routine. One is the Alexander method, the other Feldrenkais.
I downloaded some podcast, after doing some Internet surfing. Will update later.
Also made some new arobic playlist in iTunes and transferrd to my iPod and iPhone. No excuses tomorrow.

Achy lower back/ No Energy

Had a few moments to myself, but totaly didn't feel like exercising. Fear of depresion motivated me to get up and do some mindless movements. Two wrongs did make a right!
I turned on my music, got out my E reader, got on my stationary bike, started reading and pumping. Before I knew it 30 minute,s had passed. Still feeling lazy. Decided might as well do a few minuts of crunches using my small ball for back support. Strong abs = strong back. Stretched out. And there you go. 45 minute's.
